Shift Leader
The Shift Leader at Mod Pizza oversees daily restaurant operations during their shift, leading the squad to deliver an exceptional experience every time. You'll coach team members, handle guest concerns, and ensure quality standards are met throughout each service period.
- 1+ year of supervisory experience in food service or retail
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage cash handling and POS systems
